FurBall 2011 Reservations Our theme for 2011 will be Mardi Gras! We will not be able to accept debit or credit cards at the event, so bring cash or your checkbook to purchase raffle items. Reservations will be held at the door and must include your guest’s names.

FurBall 2011 Reservations are $65.00 per person made payable via PayPal at the bottom of this page.
Seating will be reserved, but NOT assigned.

FurBall 2011 Menu

Mesculin Salad

Mixed Spring Greens with teardrop tomato, mushrooms and Kalamata olives. Your choice of Avocado Ranch Dressing or traditional Ranch Dressing. Served with yeast rolls.

Portabella Mushroom Entree

Vegetarian Entree

4" Portabella mushroom cap with oven roasted tomato, crowned with Boursin cheese and light Balsamic Honey drizzle. Served on wild rice with young asparagus spears.

Chicken Lemonata Entree

Meat Entree

Chicken Lemonata is a moist baked chicken breast accented with a lightly-flavored lemon sauce. Served with herbed pasta and tender broccoli florets.

All dinners served with rolls and butter. Iced tea and coffee included.

Creme Brule Mousse &
Moist Italian Creme Cake

Dessert

Your choice of Creme Brule Mousse topped with chocolate ganache with a strawberry, or Moist Italian Creme Cake with whipped cream and a strawberry.
